In Year 3, we use the school values to nurture an aspirational, determined, respectful environment which values kindness as a priority. The transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2 can be quite challenging, but we do all we can to make learning accessible and engaging.
Our curriculum provides children with two PE sessions a week, as well as offering opportunities for expressing their creative side in art and music. We also get 'hands-on' when building and creating in DT!
We have some fantastic topics planned, such as: learning about our local area in geography, investigating the Roman army in history and finding out all about light in science.
I'm sure we will have a year to remember!
