Welcome to the Nursery Class!

In our school, we have a vibrant, active and engaging Nursery class which is part of our Foundation Stage. Nursery and Reception children work, play and share their ideas and mistakes, to make better learners, both indoors and out.  

We participate in group-led learning and independent learning throughout the day, where the children are encouraged to explore their skills and knowledge whilst accessing our inspiring classroom environment.

Important days for parents:

• Monday - Show and Tell. Your child can bring in something special, send a photo on Dojo, or take a picture of what they have been up to at the weekend. 
• Tuesday - Library books from the previous week to be returned. 
• Thursday - Nursery children will go to the school library on Thursdays, so they will bring a book home for you to read with them. 
• Friday - PE Day and outdoor learning. Children come in wearing their PE kit and trainers.
